1 bunch kale, washed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 to 3 teaspoons Old Bay® Seasoning
Sea salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 300° Remove tough stems from kale and tear leaves into large pieces. Place in a large bowl and toss with olive oil and seasonings. Arrange leaves in a single layer on greased baking sheets.
Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes and then rotate pans. Continue baking until crisp and just starting to brown, about 15 minutes. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
