1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
Tortilla chips or crackers
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking up beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2- or 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the cream cheese, 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cook, covered, on low until heated through and cheese is melted, 1-3/4-2-1/4 hours. Top with tomatoes and pickles. Serve with tortilla chips.
